Rainbow Week 2012

DIT Rainbow Week 2012 is coming up from February 6th-9th, and we've just launched our Facebook page and Twitter account, so you can see all the events as they're announced.

We want to make this the biggest and best Rainbow Week ever, and we can't do that without volunteers, if you want to get involved, email lgbt@socs.dit.ie and we'll be in touch!

Refreshers Coffee Morning

Exams are almost over, and the first week back in lectures is approaching.

Refreshers week is a chance to join and get involved in societies you missed out on in the first semester, whether you were too busy, nervous to get involved, or new to DIT!

We're holding a Coffee Morning on Wednesday 1st February in the Irish Film Institute Café in Temple Bar to welcome our new members, and for the existing members to catch up after the break.

We'll be upstairs in the Café between 11am and about 1pm, and all students are welcome to come along. If you haven't joined the society yet and wish to, we'll have forms on the day. Don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to get all the society news first!

Exam time!

Best of luck to everyone sitting exams over the next two weeks, we can't wait to see you all back in college when they're all over!

Rainbow Week will be taking place from 6th-9th of February, and we'll be in touch about getting involved soon - we want to make it the biggest and best one yet!

Merry Christmas to everyone from the DIT LGBT Society, we wish you a peaceful, fun and safe Christmas and a Happy New Year.

A big thank you to everyone who made the first semester so great for the Society, and we're looking forward to an even bigger and better second semester!
